IMPORTANT: Please read all information below before calling to schedule your appointment.

2. What (and what not) to Consign:

• Maternity wear is sold in the season. Bring it at the first sign of change of season weather

• Children's clothing in sizes newborn to child size 14 will be accepted by appointment only. 

• Newborn clothing and gift items must be new with tags for sizes 0-12 months.

• Consignors are urged to check www.cpsc.gov for clothing recalls

• Hanger-ROO is not required to test materials for lead levels, however, we will not sell items we know to be recalled or known to contain levels of lead that exceed the legal limit.

January - February - March - Spring ("Easter", pastels, lightweight fabrics, mid/long sleeves)

April - May - June - Summer (Swim wear, shorts, short sleeve/sleeveless)

July - Aug- Sept - Fall (Dark colors, mid to heavier weights, sweaters, mid/long sleeves)

Oct- Nov- Dec - Winter ("Holiday wear", heavy fabrics, darker colors, coats/jackets, long sleeves, skiwear)

4. Acceptable Condition of Clothing:

• Clothing must be fresh and pressed, ready for us to hang and ready for buyers to wear.

• Dry cleaned items sell well but dry cleaning is not required.

• Bring items on hangers or in a shopping bag - the type with handles. The shopping bags are recycled to our customers at check-out.

• Hangers will not be returned.

• Items in trash bags or plastic bags will not be accepted.

Best sellers include:

•  Retailers like Children's Place, Strasburg, Abercrombie, Limited TOO, etc.
•  Maternity wear from mall and boutique retailers
•  Special occasion clothing for holidays
•  Clothing made of natural fibers: cotton and wool.
•  Baptism outfits, First Communion wear, special occasion and holiday wear
•  New items with original tags.
•  Mall and designer brands.

A personalized agreement will be printed at the time of consignment. There is no need to print the agreement posted.

A) We take up to 30 pieces items per appointment.

Q)What should I expect my first appointment and follow-up visits?

A) First visit will take about 20 minutes to review items and agreement together.

Q) Who does the Pricing?

A) We do. We will not "quote" prices. Hanger-ROO prices items based on age, condition, demand, and brand. Items with new tags can start typically at 30% off retail price indicated. We reserve the right to adjust prices to facilitate sales
